In London, we are extremely fortunate to have a lot of woodland areas. There is tranquility and security in these spaces. A peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. Recent lockdowns have had us bound up in suffocating cocoons. The trauma of these self-imposed hibernations taunts us with claustrophobic memories. We long for the tantalizing presence of nature. These places have become our hope for a better future. We long for freedom and yearn for the fresh air in our lungs.
