Ian Garrett - Artist inspired by Astronomy and Nature

Hello, my name is Ian Garrett, I'm a professional Artist and Teacher of Design and Technology. When I'm not creating in my studio, you will find me in the classroom inspiring the next generation.

The work I create is a reflection of my faith, a fascination with science, astronomy, and a love of the natural world. My previous partnership with Ecologi, enabled me to plant over 1,330 trees across the globe. In an effort to combat climate change.

Through my new partnership with Good API and my collectors, I have committed to planting 5 trees and removing the equivalent of 10 plastic bottles from the ocean with every sale I make,

I primarily paint with acrylic on Canvas, producing landscapes, landmarks, and space scenes. I also use laser cutting and 3D printing to create sculptural pieces.

My work explores the relationship between humanity and nature, filtered through my understanding of the teachings of the Quran and Islam. Art has become the means by which I process the world around me and a way of protecting the environment for future generations.

Join me on this journey of discovery.
