Policies, Terms & Conditions

PAINTINGS.

Free UK Shipping on Original Paintings. Product creation tracking is available. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Due to the nature of my products, they can sometimes take up to three weeks to make. Your order should arrive around three to four weeks after purchase. In any case, your product will be shipped by Royal Mail or DHL, and I will provide you with a tracking code so you can follow the delivery.

PACKAGING

Because of the fragile nature of the artworks, every possible precaution is taken to ensure your painting or sculpture arrives in the highest possible condition and quality. They are wrapped securely in a layer of shrink wrap, then further wrapped in bubble wrap to protect the surfaces from damage. This is encased in a corrugated cardboard outer box to cushion them in transit. Your new artwork should arrive safely at your address.

Delivery.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery shall be made in accordance with my shipping policy in effect on the date of shipment (above). Any delivery dates provided are estimates only, and we will make reasonable efforts to deliver in accordance with such dates; however, we will not be liable for failure to deliver as estimated. Unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Goods purchased from this website are sold at the highest possible standard and are only returnable if damaged in transit. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with me at info@iangarrettart.com

Helping the Environment

I have teamed up with Ecologi and Good API to help fight climate change. For every painting that you buy from me, my partners will plant FIVE trees and reclaim the equivalent of 10 plastic bottles from landfill sites. So by purchasing art for your home, you are also giving back to the environment and helping fight global warming and pollution!

Ian Garrett Studios collects information on you in two ways:

  1. The information that you manually provide us BY FILLING OUT OUR CONTACT FORM, signing up for our mailing list OR MAKING A PURCHASE. This information can be tied directly to you because of the information you’ve provided.

The types of information collected here include things like WHAT PAGES YOU VISIT ON OUR WEBSITE, YOUR LOCATION IN THE WORLD, THE EMAIL CAMPAIGNS THAT YOU HAVE OPENED AND CLICKED ON. Generally, our third-party providers give us this information only in aggregate (e.g., it’s not identifiable to you). Still, sometimes this information can be directly tied to you FOR EXAMPLE WHEN YOU SIGN UP FOR OUR EMAIL LIST SHOPIFY LETS US KNOW WHICH EMAILS YOU OPEN AND CLICK ON.

We do our best to protect your sensitive personal information. We protect it by HAVING SSL SECURITY INSTALLED ON OUR WEBSITE AND PARTNERING WITH PAYPAL TO PROCESS AND STORE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. WE COLLECT THIS INFORMATION SO WE CAN BETTER SERVE YOU BY CREATING CONTENT AND PRODUCTS THAT YOU LOVE.
